Imagine a specially designed series of high quality, credible events that make you proud to bring your friends to.

At MCF we want to create irresistible events that make people feel at home and not wish that's where they were.

We run what we call 'Blue Moon' events like comedy, magic or music events along with fun days, barn dances and coach trips - all designed to introduce MCF to those people who would normally only go to church once in a blue moon. We also run 'second base' events with a talk explaining something about the Christian faith. Most of these events are based around food and entertainment - like an Alpha supper.

These events are designed to partner with people as they talk about their faith in the community.

Below is a list of the remaining events planned for 2008.

 

October:

• Wednesday 1st - Alpha Course starts
• Sunday 4th - MCF Golf Day at Cretingham Golf Course
• Friday 10th - 'Quiz n' Chips' - The Blue Moon Quiz Night with Fish & Chip supper. Doors open at 7.00pm
• Tuesday 28th - MCF 2009 Mission planning evening (Zambia, Denver and Croatia)

November:

• Sunday 2nd - 'Encounter' - MCF Worship event with Leon Evans at Debenham Community Centre
• Monday 10th, 17th and 24th - MCF Autumn School, The Environment Class - "Theology, ecology and your rubbish bin"
• Tuesday 11th, 18th and 25th - MCF Autumn School, The Bible Class - "Walk Through the Old Testament"
• Thursday 13th, 20th and 27th - MCF Autumn School, The Lifestyle Class - "Desperate Households - Marriage, Parenting and Money"

December:

• Monday 1st - 'MCF Supports...' - Prayer event at the MCF office (featuring Bex Drake and MCF's Denver link)
• Sunday 14th - The MCF Christmas Presentation 2008
• Sunday 21st - MCF Christmas Carol service
• Thursday 25th - Christmas Day service
